Andrew is a people person - his passion is helping people navigate the legal landscape of business and property law. 

Andrew works predominantly with small to medium business clients and Owners Corporations to assist with all their legal needs including contractual advice, property matters, dispute resolution, debt recovery and structuring. Andrew also acts on all forms of business sales and purchases, including the whole box-and-dice, or share purchases and transfers. 

Andrew has acted as legal counsel for a national public company and their subsidiaries and provides full in-house legal services from front-end (non-contentious), litigation (contentious) and advisory to each of the related companies. He also acts for a national franchisor and their related franchisees providing full in-house legal services and advice. 

Andrew is a graduate of the ARITA Advanced Certificate in Insolvency and regularly advises insolvency practitioners, distressed companies and individuals, creditors and related stakeholders in connection with corporate insolvency, restructuring and bankruptcy. 

Andrew brings a personal approach to Commercial and Property law and works to exceed clients’ expectations by ensuring that the legal service provided is tailored to the client’s individual needs and circumstances. 

Practicing in commercial law has seen Andrew build a diverse professional network which he utilises to benefit his clients. In particular, his associations with barristers, accountants, insolvency practitioners, strata managers, developers, project managers, agents, brokers, and business advisors ensure that his clients are benefitted by a network of expert advice.
