Alira is a property and commercial lawyer who provides strategic, clear and reliable legal advice to corporate and individual clients over a range of industries.
Alira graduated from the University of Newcastle with a Bachelor of Laws/Diploma of Legal Practice and a Bachelor of Business. From her admission to the Supreme Court of NSW in 2009 Alira has gained extensive experience in the areas of commercial and property law. Alira is approachable and shows her genuine care for her clients by providing solution focused advice and consistently delivering great outcomes.
Alira's expertise encompasses a broad range of property-related transactions, including residential conveyancing, the acquisition and sale of commercial properties such as shopping strips, motels, warehouses and vacant land. She is particularly proficient at guiding clients through the complexities of property transactions involving self-managed super funds including providing advice regarding stamp duty implications such as exemptions and concessions. Alira can assist with commercial and retail leasing, the establishment and extinguishment of easements, preparation of strata by-laws and option agreements.
On the commercial side, Alira has extensive experience with business transactions, such as sale and purchase of businesses and drafting and reviewing commercial agreements.
